BrainTalk Communities - Online patient support groups for neurology.  This site has message boards with several categories for spinal disorders.  Members can share their experiences and lend support.

SCI Community Center -  The community center was put together as a place for people with a spinal cord injury, their family, friends, caregivers, or anybody else interested in SCI to connect with each other from around the world! Here you can post a question or browse thorough our message boards, sign up for our SCI email discussion list and join in on the discussions, log in to the chat room, find someone with similar interests in the pen pal finder section, subscribe to our newsletter and be notified of site updates, and even get your own free email account.  A place for people affected by SCI to connect with each other.

EPVA - Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of spinal cord injured/diseased veterans residing primarily in New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Connecticut.  EPVA is a regional chapter of a national association, the Paralyzed Veterans of America, headquartered in Washington, D.C.  Since its founding in 1946, EPVA has been operating valuable programs designed to enable its members, as well as other persons with disabilities, to live full and productive lives.
